The noise levels in the rooms were unbearable!!! Inexperienced front desk staff failed to address requests appropriately. Limited availability of river view rooms and misleading advertisements about amenities added to the frustrations!!!

My recent 5-night stay at this beautiful hotel was delightful. The room was modern and spacious, featuring a lovely kitchenette and balcony for morning coffee. The staff, especially at the reception, were friendly and accommodating. A slight downside was the distance to the main attractions—an Uber ride took about 25 minutes. Worth recommending!

Our family had a lovely 3-night stay, enjoying the spacious deluxe queen suite and the calming atmosphere at the spa. The indoor pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the room amenities could use a bit more attention from the cleaning staff, but it didn't take away from our great experience! 😊

Breakfast options were decent with light snacks that satisfied our mornings.

The Hyatt Regency in Lisbon surprised me with its modern design and spacious room. I loved the kitchenette setup. it made morning coffee enjoyable on the balcony. The staff were super kind and always willing to help. However, the breakfast options fell short for the price, and some staff seemed inexperienced during service, which caused delays. The AC in the room didn’t seem to regulate well, making it uncomfortably cold at times. Location-wise, it's a bit far from the main attractions, yet I found the nearby areas peaceful, away from the city chaos. The rooftop bar wasn’t accessible during my stay, which was a letdown. Overall, it felt like a new hotel still working out some service kinks, but many aspects were promising.

I loved the beautiful decor of Hyatt Regency Lisbon, and the accessible features were perfect for my needs, allowing me to navigate comfortably around the room and the common areas. The staff were attentive and incredibly helpful.

A small microwave in accessible rooms would be helpful.

The room was spacious with a balcony, kitchenette, and large flat-screen TV. The fitness center was top-notch, perfect for workouts. Spa facilities included a sauna and massage options. Breakfast had fresh pastries and plenty of local dishes. Staff were attentive and accommodating with all our needs, enhancing the experience remarkably.

During my stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. The air conditioning in the room was overly complicated, and the temperature was unmanageable. I wasn't pleased to discover that the rooftop bar was closed for the entire visit, limiting my options for experiences at the hotel.
